Lin K. Taibl

Lin is responsible for leading our overall global initiatives to improve Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability by utilizing her HSE experience of 30-years in this field. Lin joined S&C in 2023 and has continuously driven collaboration and utilization of best practices from Mexico, Canada and China.

Prior to this role, Lin had held position with large corporations such Amazon, ComEd/Exelon, Harley Davidson, U.S Filter, Alcoa and her largest challenge being HSE for Construction Safety at Argonne National Lab. Throughout her career Lin has served as a change agent and developed rigorous programs to improve the TCIR and Dart for those companies. Lin’s states her success is due to being transparent and developing strong working relationships within every level of a company.
