S&C Canada utility customers in the province of Ontario can use this secure website to download Test Certificate packages for S&C products used on Ontario utility distribution systems, for the specific purpose of complying with the documentation requirements of the ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) Regulation #22-2004. This portal does not provide a comprehensive index of Test Certificates for all S&C products.
