Customized Courses

Credit for Professional Development Instruction
Upon completion of all seminars, participants can earn Continuing Education Units (CEU) and will obtain a signed certificate of completion. The earning of CEU credits will particularly benefit professional engineers who are required to earn a specific number of CEU credits per year to maintain their license.
Tour
For all courses held in Chicago, an optional tour of S&C’s manufacturing plant — the John R. Conrad Industrial Complex — can be scheduled for any interested participants on the day following the seminar.
Course Fee Discounts
If registration information is received two weeks in advance, a 10% early registration discount will be applied for each course (applicable only to S&C–Chicago seminars).
Seminar and workshop fees cover course material, lunches, and refreshments. The registration fee does not include lodging, dinners, or transportation to and from the airport. Fees and seminar/workshop dates listed herein are subject to change. Registration is confirmed by return mail and will include additional information regarding the course schedule.
Registration fees must be paid before the start of the seminar or workshop. Payment may be made by purchase order or credit card. Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted.
Accommodations
Accommodations are not included in the registration fee. S&C has made arrangements with a nearby hotel and has obtained a special rate for seminar/workshop attendees; transportation between this hotel and the seminar/workshop location will NOT be provided. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, S&C will provide a registration confirmation, including hotel information and rates.
Attendees should arrange for their own transportation to arrive at the hotel the evening before the seminar or workshop.
Cancellations
A full refund will be given when cancellation is made by the participant up to four weeks prior to the first day of the seminar or workshop.
In the event of insufficient registration, S&C reserves the right to cancel the seminar or workshop. In such an event, S&C will attempt to notify registered participants no later than four weeks prior to the start of the seminar or workshop. The liability of S&C is limited to the full refund of paid registration fees only. S&C is not responsible for discount airfare penalties, hotel cancellation charges, or any other incidental expenses due to canceled seminars.
